DRYAD Technology History – who are
we?
The company DRYAD TECHNOLOGY Inc.,(DTI)
is incorporated in the State of Delaware. The directors and officers are
Robert Donnelly, PhD (U.S.) and Martti Kangas, MSc
(U.S.). These individuals share a wide range of international paper
industry and management experience. The
DTI
head office is located in Atlanta,
Georgia (U.S.) Our
third original partner works in Finland through his separately
incorporated company there. The both companies work
seamlessly together.
The
initial patenting effort was supported by
the Finnish Government's technology development organization.
Our first
patents were approved
for major international markets in 1992
and the effort to improve the technology has continued since that. The
spraying processes have been
refined further through several pilot machine
trials and supplementary technology has been
added to the patents.
From
the beginning the major
paper companies
have
expressed
serious
interest
and also supported our efforts.
The
DRYAD TECHNOLOGY team is confident
of
conclusive
positive
development
in 2007
and
a rapid growth thereafter. In final analysis no other
technology
can
equal the economic results offered by this new spraying technology.
The
combined
DRYAD TECHNOLOGY team is both experienced in process
development for state-of-the-art paper mill equipment and in manufacturing
for a wide range of paper grades. It has been involved in
mill
start-ups, turn-around activities, marketing, and in paper mill
optimization programs
around the world.
These activities have been conducted in both corporate and consulting environments. In
addition, the team members have experience in strategic planning, business
development and senior management, including mill and corporate
management. Each member has over
30
years of industry experience. It is a highly qualified and respected
industry-oriented team.
